Doctor's at the surgery in West Sussex say they could vaccinate another 2,600 people a day if they got extra vaccines.

GP's at the town's Courtyard Surgery say they can vaccinate up to 3000 people per day, but are only receiving 400 doses of the vaccines this week.

The town's Courtyard Surgery says they have vaccinated around 1.900 in a day and a half but are trying to fight for more stock as they say they have the team and facilities to be doing much more.

They said "we are still confirming a vaccine supply we have been blessed with the support from Christ hospital school allowing us to use their facility.

"We have the teams and facilities and could do so much more but currently only being delivered 400 next week so may be open for an hour or two. If delivered the the right amount of the Oxford Vaccine we could be protecting with vaccination 2500-3000 patients a day."

"We are campaigning for more and hope to do a larger clinic the following week."
