Chichester Runners to start training again this week

The group can start running together once again when the rule of six returns on Monday

Small groups will be allowed to train together once again when the rule of six is brought back from Monday.

This is welcome news for Chichester Runners, who will start running together led by a run leader or coach.

More than six people can train together outside, but they will need to remain in line with government rules surround outdoor exercise and sport.

This means they plan to stay in groups of around 13 people, with any indoor venues to be risk assessed.

If you're interested in joining the group to stay fit and healthy, you can get in touch at chichester-runners.org.uk.
