The Chichester-born singer confirmed his new single 'Monster' is about trying to overcome his anxiety
Tom Odell says making music has impacted his mental health.
Born in Chichester, he appeared on ITV's Lorraine at the start of this month where he discussed the anxiety he feels every time he steps in the studio.
He explains from how it can stem panic attacks, but rather than struggling alone, he's decided to use his battles and turn it into a song.
His new single "Monster" is centred around him over coming his anxiety .
Meanwhile, this week the West Sussex born singer performed his brand new single Numb on The Late Show with James Cordon.
