Firefighters have been called to a boiler fire inside a retail unit at Gunwharf Quays.
The blaze broke out yesterday morning.
Crews from Southsea, Cosham, Havant, Fareham and Portchester were alerted just after 9 am, with additional engines moved in to cover the city.

The incident lasted about an hour just as businesses were opening up to the public, and crews left the scene just after 10 am.
