Parts of Horsham without water due to treatment works issues

Thames Water say they're 'very sorry'

Some homes in Horsham have been left without water today, due to technical issues at Netley Mill Water Treatment Works.

Meanwhile, other properties are experiencing low pressure with their supply.

Thames Water say they're 'very sorry' and are doing everything they can to get supplies back to normal as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, they're setting up some bottled water stations.

They say this bottled water is for essential use, like drinking, cooking and hand washing, and they're urging residents to be considerate and not take more than they need.

In a statement, Thames Water said:

Thank you for your patience while we work to get supplies back to normal.

We know how disruptive and worrying it is to be without water, especially in this hot weather."
