Police launch witness appeal after a number of shed break-ins in Horsham

Sussex Police are investigating a spate of late-night shed break-ins.

Horsham Police are appealing for witnesses after a number of sheds were broken into during the early hours of Thursday, July 21st, at the Billingshurst Allotment Society.

“Anyone who has doorbell or video footage from the Becks Way area around 4am on Thursday, July 21, is asked to report it to police,” a police spokesman said.

Investigating officers are particularly keen for footage which shows a man wearing a black and white top walking away from the area with a wheel barrow in the area.

Police Constable Donna King said: "We are still looking to identify the victims of this incident.

“If there are any more people who believe their shed at the allotment was broken into I urge them to contact us."

Police are asking anyone with any video footage which could help officers with their investigation, to go online, quoting serial number 193 of 21/07.
