Portsmouth: Residents can share their views on amenities at the Hard Interchange

Hard Exchange Portsmouth

Portsmouth residents are encouraged to tell us what they think about amenities at the Hard Interchange, by taking part in an online survey.

Portsmouth City Council has launched a consultation to seek the opinions of people who live, work in and visit Portsmouth and regularly use the use the amenities at the Hard Interchange. The council will use the survey results to gain valuable insights into peoples’ opinions on the provision of food, drink and other services that could enhance their experience at the interchange.

This is a great opportunity for people to have their say through the online survey and help the council to shape future plans for the transport hub. The survey will be open until midnight on Sunday 2 June. People who need help to complete the survey can speak to staff inside The Hard Interchange gift shop or call 023 9261 6708.

A Portsmouth City Council spokesperson, said:

“We know that the Hard Interchange is a key transport hub within our city, and it’s vital that it meets the needs of our residents. A survey is a great way for us to find out if there are ways we can improve these spaces.”

“I encourage everyone to have their say on this survey which will help shape The Hard Interchange long into the future.”

People can take part in the online survey by visiting travel.portsmouth.gov.uk/amenitiessurvey

Once the council has collated all the feedback from the survey, recommendations will be taken to a transport decision meeting.
