A new public consultation into how street trading works in Arun has been launched.
The original rules have been in place since the 1980's according to Arun District Council, and they say after the 18 months of the pandemic, it's time to update them.
The consultation opened on Monday and will last six weeks, closing on 25th October.
One of the key questions the consultation is asking the public is whether they think any more streets should be added to a list of prohibited streets for street trading across Arun District.
Currently, the following streets are considered prohibited streets:

Maltravers Street
Mill Lane
Queen Street
Bognor Regis
Aldwick Road (West Street to Silverston Ave)
Bedford Street
Belmont Street
Charlwood Street
Nyewood Lane
Park Road
Victoria Drive
Canada Grove
Chapel Street
Clarence Road
Crescent Road
High Street
John Street
Lennox Street
Lyon Street
Lyon Street West
Manor Place
Market Street
Norfolk Street
Queensway
Richmond Road
Sadler Street
Spencer Street
Station Road
Steyne Street
Sudley Road
Sussex Street
West Street
York Road
The Beach
Ferring

Littlehampton
Beach Road
Coastguard Road

They also want to know if there are any places you feel would particularly benefit from Street Trading during the day or in the evenings.
