V2 Radio's Lewis Mason runs ultra marathon

V2 Radio’s very own Lewis Mason is running a 70-mile ultra marathon from Carlisle to Newcastle this weekend.

The popular radio presenter is doing it in memory of his friend's little boy, who died at just 7-weeks old after he suffered a cardiac arrest.

In his short life, he received tremendous care and support from St George's Hospital.

Money raised will go to Tootings, St George’s Hospital Charity, currently raising funds for a brand-new children's unit, and Lewis' journey is dedicated to supporting their cause.
