Adur and Worthing police have praised the public after 30 people turned up in Worthing at the weekend to have their bikes marked.
It's part of a push to reduce the number of bikes being stolen in the area.
Officers managed to mark 30 bikes in total, which is a new record.
Police say getting your bike security marked is a highly effective, visible deterrent to thieves.
If they are caught with a registered bike, the owner can be traced and they will be arrested.
