On 15/12 local farmers will be bringing festive cheer to the community with a parade of brightly decorated tractors raising money for the KSS air ambulance.
On Sunday 15th December, farmers from across the region will be bringing festive cheer to the community with an incredible parade of brightly decorated tractors of all shapes and sizes!
The Chichester Christmas Charity Tractor Run will raise funds to support the life saving work of the Kent Surrey and Sussex (KSS) Air Ambulance. 88% of KSS Air Ambulance funding comes from charitable donations. This service can reach anywhere in our region within 30 minutes and respond to 3,300 incidents annually. Each launch costs £3,000 and every little helps to keep this incredible service running 24/7, 365 days a year. From open heart surgery to emergency anaesthesia, this team does not stop.
The tractor run will begin at 17:00 heading towards East Ashling, travelling through Mid Lavant, Summersdale, Chichester, Fishbourne, Bosham, Nutbourne, Southbourne, Westbourne before finishing in Funtingdon. Everyone is encouraged to line the streets to enjoy the festive display and donate to the KSS Air Ambulance. Charity buckets and an online donation page will be available.
