A man in his 70s has died in a fire at a block of flats in Eastbourne.
Crews were called to the blaze on the second floor of the building in Upperton Road in the early hours of Sunday morning.
An investigation is underway.
During the incident, emergency crews closed the road into the town, and it was cordoned off whilst crews dealt with the blaze.
