Girls Give It A Go Project

South Coast Sports have organised a 20 week community project for 13-19 year old girls in partnership with Arun District Council and Active Sussex.

This project is aimed to get teenage girls active, have fun and to take part in a different activity each week for an hour, followed by half an hour to chat and socialise after the activity. Activities to include Self defence, Ktroo, Yoga, Netball, Zumba, Football and many more.
