More Information (V2 Radio is not responsible for external websites)
Ever wondered how our ancient ancestors on the South Downs made tools and other objects by flint knapping? Want to have a go at blacksmithing or find out how to take cuttings? How about making a tile? These are just some of the ‘have a go’ activities on offer during the summer holidays as well as games, crafts, Anglo-Saxon storytelling and more.
Always a full day out, you can also explore the beautiful 40 acre site, visit the historical buildings, meet the farm animals and enjoy a picnic by the mill pond.
Activities will change each week so we recommend visiting the website for more information and to pre-book.
