An independent Arundel restaurant is celebrating after receiving its fourth consecutive Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award and retaining a five-star Food Hygiene Rating.
The Steakist Bistro & Grill has been recognised by Tripadvisor for consistently strong reviews from diners and travellers, placing it among the top 10% of restaurants listed on the platform worldwide.
It is the fourth year in a row the restaurant has received the accolade.
The Steakist has also once again achieved a five-star Food Hygiene Rating, the highest score available.
The restaurant says it has maintained an unbroken run of five-star ratings since opening four years ago.
General Manager Hollie Wride said the two awards recognised both the customer experience and standards behind the scenes.
She said: “Receiving either recognition is something to be proud of, but maintaining these standards year after year means even more to us.
“Restaurants are all about consistency. Every guest who walks through the door should receive the same quality of food, welcome and attention to detail. These awards are a lovely recognition of the hard work our whole team puts in every day.”
The Steakist is based in the centre of Arundel and specialises in steaks alongside a wider seasonal menu.
Its beef is sourced from Scotland, matured for at least 28 days and butchered locally to the chefs’ specification.
The menu also includes chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes, as well as Sunday lunches.
The restaurant also imports a selection of wines directly from a partner vineyard in France, chosen to complement its food.
The team says the latest recognition reflects its continued focus on carefully sourced ingredients, customer service and consistent standards.
