Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a serious collision in Portsmouth.
The collision happened at around 9.30pm on Tuesday 29 September at the roundabout junction of Church Street, Lake Road and Holbrook Road.
It involved a cyclist and a Toyota RAV4.
The cyclist, a man in his 60s, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police said the driver of the Toyota, a 59-year-old man from Portsmouth, was arrested on suspicion of driving without due care and attention and drug driving.
He remains in custody.
Officers investigating the collision are asking anyone who witnessed what happened to come forward.
They are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have relevant dash cam footage from the area around the time of the collision.
