Police are trying to trace a driver after a car crashed into a shopfront and caught fire in Seaford.
Emergency services were called to Sutton Road at around 2.20am on Sunday, 20 September, after a Suzuki Ignis collided with the front of a building.
The vehicle then caught fire, causing significant damage to the shop.
Nearby homes were evacuated as a precaution while East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service tackled the blaze.
No injuries were reported.
Sussex Police have launched an investigation and are working to identify and locate the driver of the Suzuki.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have CCTV, doorbell, mobile phone or dashcam footage showing the incident or anything suspicious in the area around the time of the crash.
