Southern Water says it’s launching its largest ever graduate intake, with more than 50 recruits set to start their careers with the company.

The programme includes roles in digital and artificial intelligence, operations management, and asset management across water and wastewater services.

One graduate, Alisha Stafford-Jones, 24, is an ecologist and will complete her first year at the company on 31 March 2026. Here she shares some of the images of animals that have made a home at our sites across the Southeast, from the last year.
