A man from Eastbourne is preparing to set off on his biggest challenge - This Saturday, Dan Huggins, 42, will run the 100-mile Centurian Race along the South Downs Way, starting in Winchester and ending in Eastbourne.
He is running to raise money for an 11-year-old girl called Malaya who has cerebral palsy, so she can have more private physiotherapy not offered on the NHS.
Dan told V2 Radio, "A lot of the physio she has to have is not funded by the NHS, and the costs are quite substantial. The aim of this run is to raise as much money as possible to help her live as comfortably as possible and to give her all the opportunities I think every child should have."

Cerebral palsy is an umbrella term for a group of lifelong disorders that affect movement and posture, caused by non‑progressive damage to the developing brain. While the brain injury does not worsen over time, its effects can change as a child grows, leading to a complex set of challenges that vary widely from person to person.
There can also be huge misconceptions from people who do not know about the condition, often mistakenly thinking a person with CP is drunk or on drugs, because of the way they may walk or spasm.
Dan says Malaya inspires him to keep running and do good. It hasn't been easy for Dan, as his baby girl was born with Hydrocephalus, another lifelong condition. Still, despite this, he says he's been preparing for this mammoth challenge and is ready for Saturday.
