Horsham Police search for Street racers causing repeated disturbances in the area

Horsham police are appealing for witnesses and are looking to put a stop to local 'street racers' raising havoc.

Horsham police are looking for witnesses and those with information to come forward relating to reports of drivers causing repeated disturbances in the Horsham area.

According to police the racers have been doing 'burnouts, revving and engines whilst not adhering to the speed limits or highway codes'.

Burnouts involve spinning the wheels of your car whilst keeping it in stationary causing lots of friction on the tyres and often smoke to come from the tyres.

Horsham police are asking anyone who sees the drivers to report it by calling 101 or reporting online.
