A popular spring event is returning to the South of England Showground in Ardingly next month.
Spring Live! will take place across the weekend of the 18th and 19th of April, bringing a packed programme of family-friendly activities, live entertainment and countryside experiences.
New for 2026 is a high-energy bike trials stunt team, set to deliver adrenaline-filled performances across both days.
A firm favourite remains the animal barn, where visitors can get up close to Sussex cattle, Hampshire Down sheep and Tamworth pigs, while meeting the farmers who care for them. There will also be the Pygmy Goat Show, South of England Alpaca Show, and appearances from the well-known Watermill Wolves, alongside hands-on reptile experiences.
Families will find plenty to enjoy, with circus skills workshops, chocolate making sessions and the chance to drive Mini Monster Mania trucks. There will also be fairground rides, donkey rides and the ever-popular Sheep Show.
At the Countryside Hub, visitors can follow the Fluffy Duck Trail and even try milking a model cow.
Outdoor activities will include archery, axe throwing and bushcraft sessions, while the main ring hosts kite displays and wood carving demonstrations.
Dog lovers are also catered for, with agility displays, a dogstacle course and a fun dog show on the Sunday.
Organisers say there’s something for all ages, celebrating the arrival of spring in West Sussex.
Corrie Ince, Show Director at the South of England Agricultural Society, commented:
V2VOUCHERS.CO.UK is offering half-price deals on a wide range of experiences across the South, from meals out at local restaurants to tickets for some of the region’s biggest events.
