The local NHS CCG is asking people to consider making small changes to their eating and drinking
It may be nearly the end of January, but there's still time to make a 'fresh start' in 2022, that's the message from NHS West Sussex CCG.
They're urging anyone who is overweight to consider making small and simple changes to what and how much they're eating and drinking.
They say that even minor alterations to a person's diet can have many health benefits.
Their appeal comes after a recent poll from Public Health England found that 40% of adults say they put on weight during the height of lockdown.
