Local business claims 2,500 pairs of flipflops have been stolen in Horsham

Police are appealing for witnesses following a report of a burglary at a garage in Hurst Court, Horsham.

The victim, a local business owner, reported a significant amount of stock having been taken, including around 2,500 pairs of flip-flops with an estimated value of £12,500.

The incident is believed to have happened at some point between 5pm on Friday (July 30) and 9.05pm on Saturday.

Anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area around that time, has been offered similar items for sale or has any information which could help officers with their enquiries can contact police online or by calling 101, quoting serial 1337 of 31/07.
