Worthing's "Hardest Geezer" Finishes Epic Run Across Africa

Russ Cook, 27 from Worthing, aka the Hardest Geezer, has completed his epic run – the entire length of Africa.

After running through 16 countries - the equivalent of 360 marathons in 352 days he's raised over three-quarters of a million pounds for charity.

It's not been easy for the runner, who was held up at gun point at one stage and needed to get various permissions to enter each country.

Proceeds go to The Running Charity and Sandblast.
