Guided Meditation Evenings with Sarah-Jane
Step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself an hour that's just for you.
Held in the warm and welcoming Cwtch, each evening has a different theme and combines guided meditation with EFT tapping, therapeutic sound, tuning forks, journaling and gentle grounding techniques.
My meditation evenings are deliberately down-to-earth and relaxed. There are no expectations, no judgement and absolutely no need to have meditated before. Whatever your age or experience, you're welcome to come exactly as you are.
The meditation session lasts around an hour, but there's no rush to leave. Afterwards, you're invited to stay for a warm drink, some nibbles and a chat together around the fire.
The intention is for you to leave feeling calmer, clearer, supported and a little more connected to yourself.
