Overwhelming Demand for Stars of Summer’s Festivals

A second WemsFest show, in Chichester, has been added due to overwhelming ticket demand for El Pony Pisador’s appearance at nearby Chidham.
The Barcelona band mix traditional music from around the world with humour and energy; as they say, “Our live shows are varied and unpredictable…something unexpected happens every time.” Their performance includes songs and dances from their native Catalonia but extends to such other styles from Georgia and the Balkans, and also yodelling and Tuvan throat singing. These are all performed with a vast range of instruments including Mandolin, bodhran, banjo, harmonica, fiddle, recorder, double bass, guitar and accordion,
They were outstanding hits at both Copredy and Shrewsbury Folk Festivals this Summer and are sure to be just as popular at each of their local performances.
