A man has been charged with the murder of a GP found dead in Norfolk.
The body of Dr Hannah Cain, known professionally as Dr Hannah Terry, was found at an address in Fern Hill, Dersingham, in the early hours of Sunday.
Mark Cain, 45, of the same address, was charged with her murder on Tuesday afternoon, said Norfolk police.
He will appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on Wednesday morning.
Police said a post-mortem examination had taken place but the cause of death needed further investigation.
Dersingham is a village on the edge of the royals' Sandringham estate and is about seven miles northeast of King's Lynn.
Dr Cain worked at a medical centre in nearby Grimston. A note on its website said it was temporarily closed "due to extremely difficult circumstances affecting our practice team".
The 45-year-old's family are being supported by specialist officers and have asked for privacy.
