Police in Fareham want to hear from witnesses after a reported assault near the train station last weekend.
Officers say a group of teenagers approached a man and woman on Sunday evening.
It’s alleged they tried to steal the man’s rucksack and assaulted him, causing minor injuries.
The group are described as between 16-20-years-old, white, with one wearing a grey hoodie and another member of the group dressed in all black. It is believed they left the area on the E4 bus toward Redlands Lane.
Police would like to speak to anyone who saw what happened and was in the area at the time. If you witnessed the incident, call 101 and quote 44250562945.
