Police in Newport are appealing for information after a collision involving a black Mercedes A-Class and a white Mazda MX-30.
The incident took place on Sunday, the 16th of November. There were no reported injuries.
As part of the investigation into the circumstances of this incident, a 30-year-old man from Newport has been arrested on suspicion of stalking involving fear of violence.
He has been bailed with conditions until Tuesday, the 17th of February.
