Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to following a collision near Chichester.
The incident happened at around 9am on 13 September on the A27 Chichester Bypass, close to the Fishbourne Roundabout, and involved a number of vehicles.
No one was seriously injured, but witnesses reported seeing two men leave a white Ford Transit van involved in the crash. The pair were seen heading on foot towards Pagham.
Officers are now seeking to identify one of the men. He is described as having short dark hair, facial hair or stubble, and was wearing a grey coat, grey tracksuit bottoms, and black trainers at the time.
Police have shared a photo of the man as part of their investigation and are urging the public to help.
