Sussex Police have launched an investigation after the body of a man was discovered outside a property in Eastbourne.
He was found on Pembury Road at around 7:30 yesterday morning.
Officers are working to identify him and to establish the circumstances surrounding his death.
A Sussex Police Spokesperson said: "Police were called to Pembury Road, Eastbourne, at around 7.30am on Wednesday, October 22, to a report of a man’s body found outside an address.
"Enquiries are ongoing to identify the individual and establish the full circumstances of the situation.
"Anyone with any information is asked to call 101, quoting serial number 181 of 22/10."
