A Brighton man has been convicted of a series of offences following an investigation by the Brighton and Hove Burglary Team.

33-year-old Oliver Pierce, of Brentwood Road, admitted to burgling two homes and attempting to break into a third property in Hollingbury Rise on the 14th of July.

He was also found to be in possession of two Class B drugs – cannabis and ketamine – at his home address on 17 July.

Pierce was arrested and charged with the offences, all of which he pleaded guilty to at Lewes Crown Court on Friday 15 August.

He has been remanded in custody for sentencing at the same court on 3 September.
