Brighton vs Burnley: Solly March to miss out

Albion is back in action on the road when they face Burnley at Turf Moor on Saturday, kick-off 3 pm.

Albion recorded a historic 1-0 victory over Liverpool at Anfield on Wednesday thanks to Steven Alzate's second-half strike, his first in the Premier League.

Graham Potter's men are unbeaten in their last five matches in all competitions but remain 15th in the league table.

Burnley sits two places and two points below Albion in the table ahead of the next round of matches, so Saturday's game should be a close one.

Sean Dyche's men lost 2-0 to Manchester City on Wednesday evening, the last time the two sides met this season the spoils were shared in a 0-0 draw at the Amex.

As reported on their website, Graham Potter will be without Solly March after the midfielder was forced off with a knee injury on Wednesday night at Anfield.

The boss also provided an update on two more members of his squad ahead of the game with the Clarets.

“We’re hopeful for Joel Veltman and Alexis Mac Allister, but that's all it is at the moment – just hopeful.

“We need everybody because the games are coming thick and fast.”
