Chichester City Council offers more grants to Chichester based community groups and organisations

Chichester City Council has announced a new round of Discretionary Grants for Chichester based community groups and organisations.

The Grants are intended to help fund projects by these groups for the benefit of the City of Chichester.

For consideration for a grant, organisations need to:

• be a not for profit making organisation
• be Chichester focused, either through geographic location or target group
• provide a simple Business Plan outlining why a grant would help your organisation. Additional information is required for larger Grants.
• provide your latest Audited Accounts or an Income & Expenditure Sheet for the last
financial year

Small Grants are available for under £500 or larger Grants for over £500. The maximum Grant that would normally be awarded is £2500.

Applicants for larger Grants will be asked to give a short presentation to the Community Affairs. Working Group in support of their application.
