Arun District Council have launched a public consultation, seeking views on their vision for the next four years.

Spanning from 2022 to 2026, the Council Vision outlines the areas the council will focus on to deliver its services to the residents of Arun.

The ‘draft’ Vision is available to comment on and the public will be able to comment and let us know if we have missed anything.

There will be a number of plans and strategies which are either already in place or are being developed which will help us to deliver this Vision. When published in Spring 2022 it will set out the priorities and guide the Council's decision making for the next four years improving where they could be better.

Cllr Shaun Gunner Leader of Arun District Council said: “We are here to serve you. The Council is here to serve you. Every councillor and member of staff is here to serve you. I, as Leader, am here to serve you. We do this because we want to make our area a better place to live and to improve the lives of our residents. We are passionate and determined that the decisions we take are the right ones. So this is your opportunity to tell us what your priorities are for Arun over the next 4 years, so we can all work together to ensure that Arun is great place to live, to work and to visit.”

You can let the Council know what you think by reading the consultation document and either completing the online survey or for a paper copy, please email CouncilVision@arun.gov.uk
