Dog rescued by fire service after locking himself in car

West Sussex Fire and Rescue service have rescued a dog in Bognor Regis after the pooch locked himself in a car

The Bognor Regis Fire Station have reported that the services were called by the owner after the dog managed to press the central locking button on his owners car.

The incident happened yesterday and Bognor Regis Fire Station issued a reminder to pet owners to be careful when putting animals in cars.

A representative from the station said:  "Moose had a little adventure today. We had to rescue him from his car after he pressed the central locking button on his owners car. Please be mindful of leaving your car running whilst your dogs are inside."

The report indicated the poodle bread was safe and reunited with owners.
