
West Sussex Fire and Rescue have been battling a blaze in Donnington.
The fire broke out at an industrial unit on Wophams Lane just before 6 pm yesterday.
Six fire engines were called to the scene, and crew wearing breathing apparatus worked through the night to extinguish the blaze.
A spokesperson for West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service said: “Yesterday (22 May) we were called at 5.47pm to reports of a fire involving an industrial unit on Wophams Lane in Donnington.
“Joint Fire Control mobilised six fire engines to the scene.
“Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus having been working hard throughout the night to extinguish the fire and crews remain at the scene this morning damping down remaining hotspots."
