Six friends from West Sussex will be playing video games for a full day to raise awareness and money for a charity that helps prevent male suicides.

Seventeen  year old Aflie, came up with the idea of raising money for Men's Minds Matter after struggling with his own mental health.

Alfie and friends Ali, Isaac, Ariyan, Ben and Aiden, all school friends from Chichester, will be gaming on line for 24 hours on Good Friday to raise money

Mum Pippa Quigley says she is incredibly proud of Alfie.

The boys have posted an inspirational comment on their just giving page:

"As teenage boys, we understand how difficult it can be for men to find mental health support and be comfortable sharing our emotions. This is why we are going to play video games for 24hrs straight to help raise awareness of male suicide prevention whilst simultaneously raising money for the charity  Men's Minds Matter"

The event will take place at 12pm April 7th and finish the next day at the same time and it will all be streamed on youtube/twitch.

They are aiming to raise £500 .
