Police in Portsmouth are appealing for the public’s help to find a missing 17-year-old girl who has not been seen since Tuesday afternoon.
Alisa was last seen in the Somerstown area of the city at around 12.30pm on Tuesday, 17 February 2026. Officers say they are increasingly concerned for her welfare and are urging anyone who may have information to come forward as soon as possible.
She is described as white, between five-foot-six and five-foot-seven tall, of slim build, with long mousy brown hair. At the time she went missing, Alisa was wearing black trousers and a knee-length brown padded coat.
Police enquiries are ongoing, with officers carrying out searches in the local area. They are also speaking to people who may have seen Alisa in the hours before she disappeared.
Members of the public are being asked to check dashcam footage, doorbell cameras and any other recordings that may show Alisa in the Somerstown area or surrounding parts of Portsmouth on Tuesday afternoon.
Anyone who believes they have seen Alisa since she was reported missing, or who has information that could help police locate her, is urged to contact police immediately on 999. When calling, quote reference number 44260080723.
