A man has appeared in court this morning (26 November) in connection to a stabbing at Bognor Regis railway station yesterday as part of a British Transport Police investigation.
Jason McDonagh, 21, and of no fixed address, appeared at Crawley Magistrates' Court today charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
He has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
Officers were called to Bognor Regis railway station just before 8.30am yesterday (25 November) following reports of a stabbing at the station. Officers attended and a man in his 20s was taken to hospital. His injuries are no longer being treated as life changing, and he has since been discharged from hospital.
