West Sussex's Age UK announced Cream Tea delivery is back!

It's the second year they're running the delivery box

West Sussex, Brighton and Hove Age UK say their popular Cream Tea delivery service is back for the second year in a row.

Ahead of National Picnic Month in July, they're encouraging people to order a box for delivery in Sussex.

Boxes include 2 homemade scones, 1 tub of Rhodda's Cornish Clotted Cream, 2 jars of Tiptree Strawberry Conserve, 2 individually wrapped, teabags and sugar sachets, as well as a knife and serviette.

They're asking for a minimum donation of £7.00  per Cream Tea box (which includes delivery  to addresses in Sussex) but you can specify your own amount in order to add  a little extra to your donation.

Chief executive Helen Rice says “I’m absolutely thrilled to be launching our Cream Tea Campaign for a second year running.

It was so popular last year and what better way to celebrate the summer and the great outdoors! Whether you’re treating a friend, colleague
or yourself, we hope many people will place an order and support us so that we can help even more older and vulnerable people in our communities.”
