Police are appealing for witnesses after a mobility scooter rider was seriously injured in a collision in Littlehampton.
The 87-year-old victim, who lives in the town, was crossing the road at the junctions of Fitzalan Road and Maltravers Drive around 2.45pm on Sunday 30 November when he was in a collision with a blue Volkswagen Golf.
He was taken to hospital, where he remains at this time; the VW driver was uninjured.
Anyone who saw what happened, or captured any relevant dash cam, CCTV or mobile footage, is asked to email collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk quoting Operation Crayford.
