Bosses at Worthing Football Club have shared the details of John Whyte funeral after he suddenly died last month.
John had been part of the club for over 25-year’s volunteering his services both as a director and in more recent years as an advisor and financial administrator.
The funeral will take place in the Kingswood Chapel of Worthing Crematorium on Friday 21 June at 3pm.
John’s route to the crematorium will include passing through Woodside Road, where he will pause outside the football club at 2.20pm.
The family have asked those attending the funeral to wear green or red, the colours of John’s two favourite football teams.

Following the service family and friends will gather at the Thomas A Becket pub from 4pm to raise a glass in John’s honour.
