Police in Worthing have charged a man with 12 sexual offences involving three young girls.
Charlie Duffy, 28, of Bulkington Avenue in Worthing, came to the attention of the police in 2024 following a report of online communications on Instagram, with two nine-year-old girls and a ten-year-old from Derbyshire and Leicestershire.
He was arrested and subsequently charged with six counts of causing/inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity; three counts of causing a child under 13 to watch/look at an image of sexual activity and three counts of making indecent images of children in categories A, B and C.
He has been released on bail with strict conditions, to appear at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 27 April.
