Join in International Dawn Chorus weekend as we help you decipher this spring phenomenon. Close your eyes and soak up the sound of the birdsong as it gathers from a single voice into the crescendo of a full orchestra. We’ll finish off with a well-deserved breakfast of croissants, and a choice of tea or coffee. 4.30am (duration 2½ hours + breakfast) £20 per person / £15 members
