Every Tuesday at 10am Tilgate Park.
Supporting Mental Health

Walk&talk999 was set up to support Men's Mental Health in all Emergency Services and Military. Due to the high male suicide rates within these Services.
Currently 12 walks nationally for Men to meet and Walk&Talk.

In Crawley Sussex every Tuesday at 10am Tilgate Park RH10 5PQ, meeting point Walled Garden Cafe.
A gentle walk for approximately an hour, with like minded individuals.
Coffee and catch up, it's good to talk.
