It's been a weekend of wagging tails and autumn adventures in Brighton, where dogs have been treated to their very own pumpkin patch experience.
Dobbies Garden Centre in Warren Road hosted its special 'Pup-kin Patch' event on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October, offering four-legged friends the chance to get into the Halloween spirit.
The dog-friendly event gave owners an opportunity to enjoy some seasonal fun with their pets, with activities designed especially for their furry companions.
Instead of picking traditional pumpkins, dogs could sniff around a specially created patch and choose their very own autumn-themed toy to take home.
There was also an optional obstacle course where energetic pups could test their agility, alongside plenty of opportunities for photographs against an autumn backdrop.
Owners could capture a digital 'paw-trait' of their dogs, creating a keepsake of their seasonal adventure.
And no doggy day out would be complete without refreshments.
Visitors purchasing a slice of cake or hot breakfast roll could enjoy a complimentary hot drink, while their four-legged companions were treated to a puppuccino.
Fancy dress was also encouraged, giving owners the chance to dress themselves and their pets in Halloween costumes.
The experience costs £13.50 per dog, with human companions admitted free of charge. Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The event is also supporting Dogs Trust, with visitors given the opportunity to make an additional donation when booking.
For anyone whose dog missed out on the weekend's activities, there's still another chance to join the fun.
The Pup-kin Patch is scheduled to return to Dobbies Brighton on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October.
Dogs and children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the experience, and visitors are advised to dress appropriately for the weather as the activities may take place outdoors.
Further details and booking information are available through the Dobbies Garden Centres website.
