A woman has died following a disturbance at a property in Edinburgh.
Emergency crews were called to an incident in the city's Craigievar Square at about 8.45pm on Monday.
Police Scotland said a 44-year-old woman was found with serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The force said her next of kin have been made aware.
A 46-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death and enquiries are ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "There is no risk to the wider public and a police presence will remain in the area while enquiries continue."
