Appeal after arson reported at Tesco store in Hove

Police in Hove are appealing for witnesses following a suspected arson attack in the foyer of a Tesco store.

The incident took place on Church Road at about 4.20am on 24 July.

Fire and Rescue quickly extinguished the blaze, and no injuries were reported.

Police have since released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident.

He is described as white, with dark hair, wearing a white shirt or light-coloured jumper with black writing, blue jeans, and white trainers.

Police are now urging anyone with information to come forward as they continue their investigation.
