The local foodbank has been given a generous amount of chocolate eggs for the Easter period.
They are thanking Chichester Lions Club for the 162 Easter eggs and posted on Facebook saying "this will be a lovely surprise for the children receiving them".
With Easter weekend comes the school holidays, parents who may find themselves struggling financially, can seek help through the local foodbanks.
The said it's an extra help to parents who don't have the spare cash to buy extras like Easter Eggs.
The Orchard Street based foodbank said in December that Waitrose in Chichester donated 8941.7 KG of food, which fed around 900 people facing food poverty.
